The forehead is decorated with bands of cross hatching and circles. The elongated neck is decorated with a vertical row of cross hatching with circles on either side. The top surface of the breasts are decorated with a band of "X's" flanked with small circles. The columnar "torso" sits on a round platform. There is a seated female figure in front of each face. The small figure has the same hairstyle.

The platform is supported by four heads, each with the same pointed hairstyle. The four heads are on a flat round base.
