The wooden carving has a conical base and four triangular points around the stem. There is a roughly carved human head, above the triangles, wearing a headdress. The headdress has a transverse bar-like portion with three raised circles on the front. There are two tall, looping projections on top of the bar and two curved projections on the bottom of the bar, one on either side of the head. It is decorated with faded red and white dots.
