Description

The feather headdress has a buckskin headpiece and a band of white eagle feathers with black tips that stand on end. Each feather is wrapped with red felt at the proximal end and is stitched to the felt base. There is a band of metal bells above a band of beading. The beaded band has a white field, red crosses, and dark blue triangles with red, white, and black outlines.
