The conical helmet mask has a small face at the front bottom. The face has two large pointed ears or horns and large round eyes. There are four cylindrical elements nailed to the helmet, two on either side of the face and two on the back. There are holes around the open bottom of the cone.

The old metal and wood mount is screwed to the inside.
