The red human-like mask has black hair at the temples and forehead, partially covered by a colorful scene of triangles. It has black eyebrows and white eyes with blue irises and black pupils with slits underneath. There are black and gold curves on the cheeks. It has a sharply pointed nose and a black outline around the mouth. There are white teeth and fangs at either end. It has a black goatee.

There is a hanging wire on the back attached with some kind of tape.
