The long sleeved blouse is made from synthetic blue-green cloth, with a tone on tone circle design woven into the material. The square collar is trimmed with nearly white lace. There are four horizontal pintucks below the neckline and one is trimmed with lace. The blouse has a snap closure to the proper left of the center on the front. There is a narrow waistband with one patch pocket just below on the proper right side. It is pleated peplum.

This style was very common in the northern and central Andes of Peru at the time of collection.
