The saddlebags are made from a rectangle of woven cotton that is turned up at either end to make a pocket. It has a wide dark blue stripe down the middle, a green stripe on either side, and a white with a thin dark blue stripe at the edge. The back is undecorated. The pockets are each decorated with three rows of three four-legged animals with pink and orange detail. Each pocket has one dark blue and one white tassel.
