The conical hat has earflaps. The cone portion is white with blue-green stripes. The top and bottom stripes have a key-like pattern on the edges. The middle stripe has alternating male and female figures with yellow hats, bright pink skirts or pants and hats. The earflaps are white with a bright pink and white checkerboard at the center, a solid blue-green outline, a band of blue-green and bright pink blocks and a band of white and blue-green blocks near the edge. There is continuous bright pink edging around the earflaps and hat. There is a bright pink pompom on top.
