The very large paper balloon has two decorated panels and two undecorated panels. The decorated panels each depict two birds, facing away from each other. Their eyes are green, red and purple concentric circles. Their beaks are outlined in green. Their heads have purple and green marks at the top and red and green on the neck. The bodies are coverd with green stylized feathers and one wing for each bird is outlined in purple, making a heart-like shape. Each bird has a single four-toed foot in purple. The area below the birds is filled with a green plant with red and purple filled leaves.

The side panels are a very faded blue. The division between the birds' heads is filled with blue. The birds themselves are done on yellow or white paper.
