The stylized figure is made from the mandible of a sea mammal. It has a long roughly triangular shape. The wide end has a suggestion of a face: two metal dots placed next to the condyle. The wide "back" is decorated with two pairs of diagonal lines of dots and a straight line down the middle. The rectangular portion in the middle has diagonal llines. There is one row of dots down the narrow portion. The narrow portion has a wide groove down one side (natural to the bone) filled with paper and red pigment.
