The human-like face has pointed ears and goat horns. The face has a prominent nose and open mouth revealing four pointed teeth. It is painted black. The eyes bulge somewhat and there are cutouts above for the wearer to see. The eyes are white with black circles and red rims. The lips are red. The remainder is black with white detail. There are tufts of peccary hair down the center of the forehead, over the brows, and along the sides of the nose and around the mouth and on the sides of the ears.
