The fan has a rounded triangular blade and straight handle. The blade is made from plant fibers. Both sides have the same decoration. The center is black velvet with embroidered flowers in pink with green stems and leaves or medium blue with yellow stems and leaves. The rest of the blade is decorated with bands in light blue and light natural plant fibers, red yarn with a loop at the top, light natural and light blue plant fiber, pink yarn loops, red yarn line and yellow yarn scalloped edging.

The handle is wood, wrapped with green yarn and a red circle of cloth on the bottom. It has a string loop.
