Description

The octagonal silver colored metal box with a lid is used for holding cosmetics. The top of the lid (2007.0218.b) is attached to rim of the lid with metal strips. The design embossed in the center has a four petal flower surrounded by a ring of raised hemispheres, which is surrounded by a scalloped design with small dots and leaf shapes.

The box (2007.0218.a) has a field of small dots, scallops with leaf shapes around the bottom of the box, and a band of raised crescents just under the rim of the lid.
