The buckskin shirt has a placket that only goes partially down the shirt. It has white pearlescent buttons for closure and a collar and small patch pocket on the left breast.

The placket is decorated with five small flowers, none of which are the same, in combinations of light blue, dark blue, red, light purple, yellow, brown, and light green. There is a small light blue flower on each point of the collar.

The left breast pocket is decorated with a dark green leaf and pink leaf-like design and a light blue and red flower. There is a dark green stem with leaves with light blue and white detail above.

The right chest is decorated with a circular flower design and leaves in dark blue, white, light blue, light green, and red.

The cuffs are decorated with a flower and long stem design with leaves in pink, green, light blue, dark blue, red, and yellow. There is a white pearlescent button.

The back yoke is beaded with crossed American flags in the center and a star above in red, white, yellow, and light blue. There are flowers, stems, and leaves on either side in red, blue, light blue, green, brown, white, light purple, and dark blue. There is short fringe along the bottom edge of the yoke.

The shirt has off-white cotton lining.
