The roughly acorn shaped pin cushion has a body and strap handle made of seal skin with a small amount of fur remaining. The top surface, for pins, is a patchwork of felt in dark blue, light green, orange, and purple separated by narrow strips of felt. The top surface has beaded decoration consisting of three multi-colored star or flower designs around the perimeter, with a multi-colored line, and a center star or flower in red and white. It is stuffed with cotton stuffing and cotton fabric.
