The rectangular buckskin pouch has a drawstring closure. There are four buckskin fringes at each bottom corner. The decoration is lane stitched beading. The beaded decoration consists of diamonds around the edge (in white, green, and red) for a zig zag. There is a white diamond (with red and green blocks) outline in the middle, with a small dark blue diamond inside and tabs at each corner of the outer diamond. The negative space outside of the diamond has a light blue square a red/green diamond, a white/red arrow and a white deer head.

It is edged in dark blue at three seams with red around the opening and a light green zigzag below the opening.
