The triangular shaped silvertone metal pendant has a portion of a link on the facing right and a ring on the facing right. The main portion has a bar across the top with raised cones created from silvertone balls at either end, and a row of small balls across the top. The majority is heart-shaped, with a cone in the center. There are spoke-like projections from the venter, two solid heart-shaped lines and a border of circles with small dot-like embellishments.

The link at the facing right end has two rope-like designs and a small cone in the center.

The oval panel at the facing left end is decorated with circles around the perimeter, with a cone in the center with a loop for the attachment. There is a ring on the back of this curved panel.

There are two linked, diamond-shaped panels. They are decorated with small silvertone balls around the perimeter, each with a cone in the center. There is a ring on the back of one, and loops on the side of the other, indicating it was attached to something else. There is another ring that is unattached.
