This primarily pink slipper is for a bound foot. It has a flap of blue fabric on the back of the heel. There is dark blue edging along the top and down the front of the shoe. There is a dark green border with a yellow and red pattern stitched adjacent to the dark blue edging. The same floral design is embroidered on the pink fabric on both sides of the shoe, in light blue, medium blue, yellow, light purple, and light green. The small "V" in front of the shoe is unbleached, with a dark blue edge and pink and green detail. The interior of the shoe is a white and dark blue grid pattern on one side, and a light brown and white plaid on the opposite side. The sole of the shoe is mostly pink with a light green border and black point. There is stitching on the bottom in unbleached thread in two figures: a circle with four semicircles inside and a possible Chinese character.

There are unbleached twill loops at the top and two red laces.
