The small wooden canoe has each end tapered but straight across the top. There are two slats across the middle, a small dowel across one end, and there was probably a dowel across the other end. It is light brown.

Faint black writing on either side of one end reads: Modelo, sistema de S. amas.

The additional inscription scratched into both sides starts with "S" but is illegible otherwise.
