The elongated, stylized human face has a forehead that is long and pointed with bands of diagonal parallel lines on the side and two parallel vertical lines down the middle. It has small eyes with cutouts. There is a large space between the nose and mouth. The lips are pointed, the mouth is quite low and the bottom lip is the chin. Long strands of purple raffia are attached all around the edge. There is a burlap cover for the wearer's head.

There is a large blotch of yellow sawdust on the forehead.
