The coiled basket is cone-shaped with the lid in place and is made of plant fibers, some dyed green, purple and red. The lid is primarily green with a purple band with triangles of red, yellow or green and a purple rim. The base has a band of color blocks, each with a contrasting cross in the center. There is a purple band above and below, with triangle shapes of red, yellow or green. Either side of the base has a vertical strip of black leather with four green "x"s stitched over the top.
