Description
Inscriptions/Signature

The cylindrical container (2007.2139.a) has a lid (2007.2139.b). The container is decorated with four bands of quills, that cover the sides, except the portion hidden by the lid. There are three bands of white quills and one band of red and white quills. A small wooden splint is whipstitched to the rim to maintain the shape. The round lid has a wooden splint and a bundle of grass fiber at tis rim, whipstitched with brown string. The lid's top and edge are covered in white quills with a stripe of red and white quills.
