This short sword has an iron blade and wooden handle. The handle is cylindrical with a prominent cone-shaped expansion at the end. The small iron tab indicates the blade is hafted through the entire handle. The blade is about the same width for 80% of its length, and widens to a crescent shape at its end. Two dark stripes created by leaving the surface of the iron unrubbed extend the length of the blade, also widening and diverging as the blade does.
