The tall basket has slightly flared sides. It is woven from fibers that are light on one side and dark on the other, meaning the design inside is complementary to that on the outside. It has a thick metal wire rim wrapped in lighter fiber. Bands of light and dark alternate about 2/3 down on the outside. 1/3 from bottom, there is a band of alternating light and dark oblique lines, then another band with lines going in opposite directions. Then a band of solid light then dark. The bottom is a solid light color.
