The rectangle is made of rough woven cloth. It is red, light natural, and blue-grey plaid. It has wide vertical stripes in each color and narrow stripes on the horizontal. There is one small line of dark blue yarn and an S-shaped design in the same yarn. There are fringes on either end.

It was wrapped around the hips and secured at the waist.
