Description

The large basket has a flat side with a wooden frame. The other side slouches and has a "U" shaped edge. The woven strip of a different color or kind of plant fiber attaches at the wooden frame with braided strips. There are dark blue strips in the braided portion. The woven strap is brown. The basket is light natural colored.

These baskets are used by women only, to transport possessions over long distances. The strap goes over the forehead and the top of the head and the load is carried behind.
