The feather ornament consists of ten strings decorated with feathers strung together on a loop of twisted plant fiber. Each decorated string is covered with yellow feathers and dots of orange with a tassel of trimmed brown feathers at the loose end. The top of each string is folded over and secured with resin.

The long string is tied around the neck and the feather strands hang behind. It is worn only by men.
