The large knife sheath has a rawhide back, leather front and loop, and buckskin fringes. The dark brown smooth leather front has a band of white lane-stitched beading along the curved edge, and five triangles, points down, along the edge, with white outlines, and striped in combinations of red, light blue, dark blue, and yellow. There are metal circles in the spaces between triangles. The leather loop at the top also has lane stitched beading around the perimeter, in blocks of light blue, green, red, dark blue and white. The two buckskin fringes at the bottom point have green beads on the edges of the far end.
