The bark on the cylindrical drum (2007.5384.a) is still intact on the sides. An irregular shaped piece of hide, fur side out, is stretched over the end and held in place with plant fiber strings at the top. There is a short loop on one edge of the hide. The bottom of the drum is wood.

There is a short, straight drumstick with a small head (2007.5384.b). It is brown.
