Description

The jar has a bulbous body and short neck. It has a light colored field. Each design repeats twice and consists of two deer, one above the other and facing opposite directions, in a circle with embellished edges. Each deer has a red arrow, possibly a "heartline." There is a five petaled flower on a red field and a dark brown outline for the circle and a second dark brown scalloped border. The neck is decorated with repeats of a long narrow triangle, partially filled with red lines, partially filled with dark brown crosshatching. There are two triangles, each with a curled end that fill the space along one side of the colored triangle.
