The U shaped buckskin pouch has lane stitched beaded decoration on the front. The back is undecorated buckskin. There is a small buckskin tassel or loop on the facing right upper corner. The opening is edged in ribbon.

The field is medium blue. The border on the sides is dark blue and red oblique lines, that changes to dark blue triangles at the bottom alternating with red/yellow triangles. The band across the top edge has dark blue triangles and yellow triangles with red squares inside. The main decoration is two yellow diamonds, each with two red triangles inside, and a yellow line vertically through diamond, completely outlined in dark blue. There are two small dark blue crosses with yellow centers between.
