The cone shaped helmet mask has four human faces, which are quite diamond shaped with very large foreheads. Hair is indicated above each forehead with parallel ridges. The area below the faces is filled with larger horizontal ridges (stylized rolls of fat). The top of the mask has three rings of a finger-like design. An animal, identified as a crocodile, arches over the uppermost point on the mask.
