The bank has a cylindrical body that tapers to a neck and head. A raised ridge on the neck and shoulder is painted with diagonal stripes. There is an outline of a cape-like garment. There are small bumps, possibly breasts, above the raised ridge. The facial features are modeled on the head, but the hair or a hat is painted on. There is a horizontal slit on the back.
