Description

The small carved wooden whistle has a bulbous body and a human head. The end opposite the head has a large hole, probably the mouthpiece, and a cross piece with a small hole at either end. The wire is wrapped just above this crosspiece. The head has a strange face, a hairstyle decorated with a grid-like pattern and two small projections, though one is missing. A string runs through a small hole in the neck. It is dark brown.
