The hooked wooden handle (2007.3197.a) is decorated with a small face that has a single spike-like projection at the top, identified as Chikunza. The spike is decorated with diagonal lines, oriented to the forehead. The scooped metal blade (2007.3197.b) has a long triangular extension that inserts into the wooden handle. The handle is medium brown. There is red pigment on the blade.
