The carved wooden whistle has a bulbous body and human head. The end opposite the head has a hole, and there is a small cross piece with holes at either end. The human face is elongated and the hairstyle is large and rectangular with "x's" carved on top. There is wire wrapped around the neck. There is a twisted plant fiber cord strung through the neck and knotted. It is dark brown.
