The dark brown cloth belt is stuffed with an unknown material. The ends of the stuffed portion are tapered and wrapped with dark brown cloth. There are dark brown cloth ties. The stuffed portion is decorated with a beaded panel that covers the external portion of the belt. There are three stripes of triangles in black and dark blue alternating with white. The stripes are separated by red bands.
