Exhibitions

The wooden cylinder has a raised ridge down one side. There is a hole through the length of the ridge to accommodate the leather strip tethering the small carved wooden stopper. The cylinder is decorated with three sets of three rows, two vertical rows on the ridge and two concentric squares on the bottom. It is partially hollowed.

The stopper is a small head with a cone-like headdress or hair, possibly a Chihongo head.

It is medium brown.
