Description

The twisted animal tail, possibly zebra, has a band of woven twine between the twisted tail and the dark, bushy hair at the end of the tail. The woven portion bulges with pieces of wood or plant fiber which are sandwiched between the twine wrapping on the tail and the woven band.

It was possibly used by healers in dances.
