The small U shaped buckskin pouch has two flaps, one per side. The edges of each are decorated with white beads, as the pouch itself may have been. It has a small buckskin strip or tie, with a tab at the end.
The beaded decoration on side one consists of a flower in clear beads, with a pink and white center, pink outline, and medium blue leaves between each petal.
The beaded decoration on side two consists of a small flower with clear beads, pink detail and white outline. The medium blue leaves alternate with pink leaves. There are two translucent yellow stems/vines with pink and medium blue leaves on either side.

A lock of dark hair, found inside the pouch, has been removed to a separate plastic bag.
