The irregular piece of buckskin has a small bearskin sewn on. The buckskin has a decorative edging of dark blue and light blue beads, which is scalloped on the edge near the bear's head. The buckskin is beaded in a floral pattern in white, red, light blue, and yellow and a green stem with three leaves near the bear's flanks and two primarily blue crown-like objects near the bear's head. There is a green four leaf clover at the tip, near the bear's nose.
