The long buckskin pouch has a rounded bottom and a "zig zag" edge.

The embroidered decoration on side one consists of two flower designs, each mostly round with concentric "cat-eye" shapes in the middle, in yellow, light blue, and dark blue. The red is outlined in yellow with a tab of green on either side. Each has six leaf-like projections, in light blue/pink and dark blue/red.

The embroidered decoration on side two consists of a row of five ovals, with points at each end, with a purple line through all of them. 1,3,5 ovals are half red, half dark blue. 2,4 ovals are pink and red. There are leaf-like projections at the bottom of each, in red or medium blue.
