The undecorated "U" shaped bag is made of buckskin, with a loop on the back, to be worn on a belt. The "U" shaped flap covering the front of the bag is made of thick cotton, backed with paper and fully beaded. It has a white field and a yellow flower with an orange outline and green center. There are two small red flowers with two-tone green leaves and stems. The edge is mostly white, but with blocks of red, green, and dark blue. There is a buckskin tie on the bag, probably tied to a now-missing buckskin tie on the flap.
