Inscriptions/Signature

The rattle has a round head and a straight handle. The head is painted a light color (possibly a very dingy white) with a black line around the edge. It is crossed with short black lines and "x's." The center circle is painted white with remnants of a red swastika or cross with hooked arms. The circle has a black border and short red rays around the perimeter. It has a red handle.
