The bulbous ceramic pot has a band of red for the bottom 1/4. The top 3/4 is decorated in brown, orange, and white. There are three repeats of a medallion design with a brown field, white flower, and orange "X" over the top of the flower. Diamond shapes are interspersed with medallions. The tops of the diamonds touch the rim of the pot. The decoration in the diamonds are bands of sawtooth on either side of a white band with a strip of small triangles of thin brown lines. The negative space created by the diamond and medallions is filled with dark brown and white vaguely floral shapes.
