The light natural colored bamboo shaft has a wooden foreshaft, wrapped in plant fiber. The point is wrapped in yellow and dark blue plant fibers. The four barbs are made from fish bones and they emerge from the brown plant fiber wrappings between the striped portion and the foreshaft that is decorated with woven plant fibers in a yellow and dark blue chevron pattern.

The shaft is decorated with abstract geometric designs in thin black lines at the nodes in the bamboo.
