The helmet style mask depicts a head with a striped, pointed hat, in red, green, dark blue and white. The head and face are black. There are two red and white scallops at the hairline and two more on the bottom edge. There are red and white circles around the eyes and a solid yellow circle in the forehead and one on each cheek. The nose is pointe and the mouth is relatively small with red lips and white teeth. The back of the head is decorated with two centrally placed vertical stripes of red triangles on blue, with sawtooth pattern to either side of these stripes, in red or yellow on green.
