The helmet style mask is without a back. The face is human-like with a heart-shaped white face surround by blue. The blue forehead extends as a line down the ridge of the very narrow nose. The eyes are red, with small blue irises. There is an oblique cutout beneath each eye, outlined with blue and there is a blue line arching over the cheeks and nose. The lips are red with small grooves radiating from the corners. There is a ridge of wooden projections in blue and red over top of the forehead that give the impression of a crown. The top of the mask is blue.

There are small holes around the perimeter of the mask.
