Exhibitions

The dark brown rectangular door has a small wooden hinge peg at the top facing left. The front is divided into six horizontal bands, divided by a thin strip with diagonal lines, and bordered with a thin strip of diagonal lines.

The top band is divided into three panels, the lateral two depicting the kepeli-yehe face, and the middle panel a standing figure and kneeling figure facing each other.

The second band is divided into four panels. The lateral panels depict a person walking toward the edge of the door with a walking stick. The middle left panel depicts two people standing facing to their right. The figure behind the other has his left arm looped through the other's left arm, and he is holding a long object. The middle right panel depicts two figures, backs together, each with their right leg bent.

The third band is divided into four panels. The lateral panels depict a walking figure with a pouch on a stick over the right shoulder. The middle left panel depicts a woman grinding something in a large pestle. The middle right panel depicts a seated figure either grinding or stirring something in a bowl with a large stick.

The fourth band is divided into four panels. The facing left panel depicts a kneeling figure. The middle left depicts a person sitting face forward with legs crossed. The middle right panel depicts a woman in profile. The facing right panel depicts a figure standing in profile with a sword in his right hand.

The fifth band is divided into four panels. The facing left panel depicts a woman with a child strapped to her back. The middle left panel depcits a person, in profile, with a walking stick. The middle right panel depicts a person hoeing. The facing right panel depicts woman walking, toward edge of door, with a burden or pot on her head.

The sixth band is divided into four panels. The lateral panels depict a person, with a pipe in its mouth and a walking stick, walking toward the edge of the door. The middle left panel depicts a kneeling figure with a bowl of round objects, facing the middle. The middle right panel depicts a kneeling figure with a bowl of round objects, facing the middle.
