The head of an Iyoba, or Queen Mother wears the traditional pointed headdress covered with a net-like design and oriented forward. There are four fringes that hang in front of each ear and fringes around the back of the headdress. She appears to have a row of vertical scars on her forehead. She is wearing neckrings.
